Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your factory made purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 15 days , and include the manufacturer's packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) as either a refund onto your credit card, if that is how you paid. If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less $40 to cover our original shipping costs. Any items returned not in new or unused condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, you may be able to locate that manufacturer here.

If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.
