Due to shipping and licensing restrictions, We currently only deliver to the 49 states in the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas military bases are temporarily unavailable for delivery). WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
The shipping process will take an estimated 5-7 days. The duration of the shipping process may be subjected to changes based on certain factors that might cause a delay to the shipping process.

I Did Not Receive My Order, What Do I Do?

Not to worry, our Customer Support team is here to help! However, before you contact us, please read through the following self-help articles as they may be of use to you.

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN FROM MY DOORSTEP
Please ensure you are the one accepting the delivery. If you did not accept it and are unable to find the package upon delivery, kindly get in touch with our Customer Support team. We will investigate the case and update you on the findings. 

However, we do not cover the loss of stolen packages and there will be no refunds or replacements of stolen packages. If you have evidence that it was stolen, we strongly advise you to provide the evidence to our Customer Support team and lodge a police report with the police in your area.

TRACKING SHOWED THAT THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT
If you are unable to locate your package upon delivery, please contact the courier as they may be able to provide you with additional details related to the delivery. Do also check with your family or neighbours in case they accepted the package on your behalf.

PARCEL WAS SHIPPED BUT I DID NOT PICK IT UP ON TIME
Please contact our Customer Support and inform us. All customers will be responsible for any return or reshipping fees if applicable and the fees are non-refundable.
